Wood and marble define the material character of Villa Belvedere, creating a dialogue between warmth, depth and refined elegance.
Bespoke joinery extends throughout the residence, allowing furniture and architecture to become part of the same language. Custom-made elements, carefully selected surfaces and precisely executed details contribute to an interior that feels both contemporary and opulent, while maintaining visual coherence throughout the home.
Rather than introducing individual pieces into the architecture, the project was approached as a complete bespoke environment, where every element was designed in relation to the space surrounding it.

One of the defining elements of the transformation is the staircase.
Originally positioned outside the residential spaces, it was reinterpreted and integrated into the interior, becoming a central architectural feature of the new villa.
More than a functional connection between floors, the staircase now helps unite the different levels of the villa, reinforcing the transition from a collection of separate apartments into one continuous home.

Villa Belvedere was developed in collaboration with OPP Design Studio, whose concept and design vision shaped the transformation of the property into a single, cohesive private residence. From the reconfiguration of the spaces to the integration of bespoke elements and materials, the project creates a refined balance between contemporary architecture, craftsmanship and expressive luxury.

Rich wood finishes bring warmth and depth to the interiors, forming the foundation of the villa's bespoke joinery.

Bent carbon steel sheet gives the staircase its sculptural strength and distinctive architectural character.

Expressive marble surfaces introduce natural variation and a sense of refined luxury throughout the residence.
