Led by the vision of Sam Robin Design, this residence has been carefully redefined to meet the needs of a new generation while maintaining a strong connection to its past. Set within Renzo Piano’s Eighty Seven Park, the design evolves toward a contemporary language, expressed through light, material clarity, and spatial openness.
As described by Sam Robin: Passing on this beautiful home from one generation to the next was a call to freshen the interior to reflect the new owners’ more modern aesthetic, blending family pieces with contemporary art, cement floors, great lighting, a new kitchen, and a spectacular master bath and closets the apartment completely transformed.
The result is a seamless balance between heritage and modernity, where each element contributes to a cohesive and timeless living environment.

Materials play a quiet but essential role in defining the atmosphere of this apartment. Soft‑toned timber flooring runs throughout, paired with light marble and natural stone that reflect the Miami daylight and strengthen the coastal identity of the interiors.
Tailored wall paneling and bespoke joinery introduce a layered sense of texture while maintaining visual clarity. Warm metal accents highlight key architectural and furniture details, adding depth without overpowering the space.

Warm wood floors and joinery add softness and a natural sense of warmth.

Calamina steel accents give a refined, subtly industrial edge.

Light marble surfaces bring brightness and timeless elegance.
