A TAPESTRY OF GEOMETRY AND GRACE

Indelux's renovation of a Lugano Lake villa embodies a sophisticated fusion of geometric design with practical elegance, tailored to its unique architecture

The modern private villa, situated on a property of about 2000 sqm spread over three levels with private access to Lake Lugano, has undergone a partial renovation focused mainly on furnishings. The geometric lines employed perfectly match the volumes and spaces of the house. The renovation used materials that harmonize well with each other, such as bleached oak wood, light bronze brass, vintage mirror, natural marble, and leather paneling with custom stitching.

Special attention was paid to unique details, such as paneling mixed with leather details, special finishes like mother of pearl and gold leaf, and hand-painted leather used as wallpaper or on doors. Fabrics, stitching, and colors have been carefully selected and harmoniously repeated throughout the room, creating a cohesive link between the different functional spaces.
